About Me

I’m Mona, a Berlin‑based cultural manager, writer, and systemic coach. With a background in literature and years of experience supporting international creatives, I know what it takes to build bridges across languages, cultures, and institutional norms.

Growing up between three countries—and studying Levantine literature in Germany and Lebanon—I’ve always been fascinated by questions of identity, exile, and social change. This transnational perspective fuels my work: whether mapping Berlin’s art market for emerging creatives or uncovering family and organizational systems for a coaching client, I bring deep empathy, strategic rigor, and a vast network of cultural contacts.

My multilingual fluency allows me to translate not just words, but entire worldviews. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with artists such as Kamal Boullata, Mohammed Badarne, Faleh Khaless, and Djan Sauerborn—managing exhibitions, publications, and events that resonate locally and internationally.
